Over the course of eight one-on-one online sessions, we’ll work together to identify your most frequent and impactful triggers for overwhelm. Once we pinpoint these key areas, we’ll develop tailored strategies and alternative actions to help you rewire your brain and transform your habits. The goal is to equip you with the tools to respond to challenging situations in calmer, more effective ways.
We’ll also dive into the experiences and beliefs that fuel your feelings of overwhelm and anxiety. Together, we’ll explore how alternative perspectives—particularly those aligned with God’s design—can help you reinterpret and even neutralize triggers that once seemed unavoidable.
Between sessions, you’ll engage in daily practices and tracking to build resilience and develop a deeper sense of control. These practices are designed to help you:
- Reduce feelings of overwhelm.
- Tolerate unavoidable anxiety with greater ease.
- Reframe triggers as opportunities for growth, rather than evidence of shortcomings.
Each concept and strategy we’ll cover is simple to understand, but achieving real transformation requires dedication and consistent effort. Peaceful Confidence Coaching Program: Details / FAQs
Program Overview
The program includes 8 one-on-one sessions conducted online via Zoom. If you prefer, an alternative platform can be arranged. Sessions are typically scheduled once per week, creating an 8-week timeline.
Session Length
Each session is scheduled for a minimum of 45 minutes and can be extended up to 1 hour and 15 minutes, depending on your needs. My goal is to ensure every session provides the time and attention necessary for meaningful progress.
Between-Session Practice
At the end of each session, we’ll establish practical action steps for you to work on between sessions. Dedicating at least 10 minutes a day for 4–6 days per week is recommended to maximize your results.
Availability
Sessions are currently offered on Saturday evenings and Sundays. After your payment is processed, you’ll receive a link to my calendar to select a time that works best for you. I’m based in California (PST), but my scheduling system can automatically adjust all times to your local time zone simply by checking the "Your local time" box.
Program Cost
The total cost for the 8-week program is $875 USD, payable upfront via PayPal. After your application is approved and I confirm availability, you’ll receive an email with the payment link. While the core program is typically sufficient for significant results, additional sessions can be purchased at a reduced rate if desired.

What if the Peaceful Confidence Coaching Program Isn’t Right for You?
First, that’s completely okay—this program isn’t for everyone. But if you still want to reduce your sense of overwhelm and increase your peace and confidence, here are some steps you can take:
1. Pray. Ask God for guidance. Seek His wisdom about the next steps and the path He’s laid out for you to grow in peaceful confidence.
2. Explore Free Resources. Watch or rewatch my overwhelm-conquering videos on YouTube for practical tips and inspiration.
3. Read. Invest time in a good book on organization, time management, or personal growth to build helpful skills.
4. Talk It Out. Share your struggles with a trusted friend—someone who has the kind of peace and confidence you want.
5. Seek Professional Help. Consider working with a different coach or therapist who may be a better fit for you.
6. Take Action. The most important step is to do something. Change requires action. If you do nothing or stick to the same habits—nothing will change. You’ll just stay stuck. But taking even small steps in a new direction can lead to meaningful progress.
I know God designed you for something greater. However, stepping into the best version of yourself will require courage. Growth requires facing discomfort, failure, and fear. But you’re not alone—God has promised to never leave you or forsake you. He will work all things together for good, even the challenges you face.
